I thoroughly enjoy listening to the sounds of nature. They help me to focus and "sense"

Turns out, listening to the sounds of nature is actually good for you

Whether I'm in my car, sometimes while I'm cooking or in bed, I have an affinity for the sounds of nature.

I listen (without background music) to ocean waves, streams, water falls, birds, wind, rain and thunderstorms.

Why?

Because they relax me and they help me to focus. They calm my mind.

Apparently research indicates that nature s
ounds, such as birds' song or the sound of running water provide a sense of security, relaxation and happiness. Also, the sounds of nature affect our brain's in a special way.

The research shows that nature sounds helps us to look at situations more holistically and it places them in their real context. In this way, personal perspectives are broadened.

Researchers have discovered that nature sounds work against anxiety, help our nervous system function and works for human behavior. The calming effect of nature and its sounds helps us reduce aggression and violence and it contributes to peace of mind.

Additionally, focusing on nature sounds helps to reduce stress, making nature a source of mental peace and improves memory.

So, if you are having trouble calming your mind enough to focus to create, try listening to some nature noises. Experiment with different sounds until you find one that makes you feel comfortable, calm and relaxed.

Try listening to them for 15 minutes or so before you do your “create” (meditation) sessions.
You may find that nature sounds do relax your mind and can then help you to create / manifest.
