Focus exercises

Hopefully, you have read this first before coming to this page for focus exercises.
If not you will need to click on that link and read.

Today, even I still practice, and I practice many times throughout the day; I will take my coffee, go outside on the porch and sit in quiet to practice or to create (I often call it meditate), I will practice or create in my car when I'm alone and driving or sometimes I will take a 15 minute break during the day to lay down in my bed to do it.

The point is, the more you practice, the easier you will be able to focus and the more powerful your focus will become.

Other times, I will get pictures of what it is that I want to create and I will study it and every detail of it several times a day so when I do go and create it (meditate), I know exactly what to focus on in my mind and I put it right there in my mind's eye, I own it (make it personal) and I use the terms
mentioned here to avoid causing or suffering any harm to anyone or to myself.

I don't think that people realize how powerful this type of focusing really is or how powerful your mind can be.

If you were to simply fantasize or day dream about something, it would be similar to thinking of something or of someone or a scene like you are watching it play out like a fly on the wall.

When you are able to focus and reach into the 4
th Dimension, you are not watching yourself doing something.

You ARE doing it as a participant. You are not watching it play out.

You are not seeing yourself pick up a pile of one hundred dollar bills, you ARE experiencing what it is like to pick up a pile of one hundred dollar bills. You are feeling the dollars in your hands, you are sensing the smell of that money, you are looking at your hands while the money touches your skin.

See the difference?

If you imagined watching yourself pick up money, that would be it. OK you saw something and your subconscious doesn't care. It would be like watching TV.

You can't imagine watching it in the way you would watch TV or a film. You have to imagine that you are actually doing it, and with all of the reality that you can.

When its personal to you, and all of your 3 dimensional senses are utilized to aid in focusing, your subconscious accepts it as real (it is impressed with what you are focusing on) because your subconscious does not know the difference, it believes it to be real and so it delivers to you in reality what you are experiencing and focusing so intently on.

Something else you could practice:

If you could (while meditating) imagine that you already have what it is you are trying to manifest, using all of the realness and reality that you can. In your imagination however, you want to experience what it would be like if you already had what you want to manifest. You imagine a scene with intense detail and feeling that implies you already have what it is you are trying to manifest.

This is often called "living in the end of the desire fulfilled" (Neville Goddard).

In doing this, you are strongly suggesting (depending on the strength of your focus) to your subconscious that you already have what it is you are trying to manifest and therefore your subconscious goes with it and brings more of it into your reality.

Your subconscious does not know the difference. Another words, whether you are actually looking at something or believing in something in your true reality right now or imagining it with strong focus and detail, your subconscious mind does not know the difference and with concentrated focus; it will deliver to you that which you are focusing on as if you were already living it or had it.

And of course you can meditate anytime throughout the day, but it can be more effective and you may experience faster results if you meditate as you are falling asleep.

I will be adding more focus exercises here shortly, make sure you come back to check them out.
